Excellent location, staff were very friendly and quick to accommodate requests including supplying a drying rack for washing. Having the washer/dryer was excellent. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but it was well-equipped. The room was looked in on by other apartments across the road, but the sheer blinds helped alleviate any concerns.

The location was fabulous, right in the heart of central. The open plan living was very much appreciated, especially by our little boy ,who really enjoyed the space. Bonny and her team were fantastic. The offer of a free breakfast at the sister hotel was very nice and the offering of pastries and drinks meant we didn't need to worry about breakfast, a nice touch

fabulous location floor 29 was incredible. Staff were brilliant. Room was cleaned whenever we requested and I would certainly recommend this to anybody considering a few days in Hong Kong. For me personally I prefer a service department to a hotel suite I think it just gives you more flexibility.

great size, perfect for family as they also provide amenities like sterilizer and baby cot. location is great!

GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION SIZE OF THE ROOM WAS VERY BIG AND SPACIOUS ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE TV HARDLY HAD ANY CHANNELS TO WATCH NETFLIX WAS A NICE BONUS FOR THE PRICE WE SHOULD HAVE ALL THE STATION OF NOW TV AS WELL
